Sue joined LivSmart as Manager in March 2018.
Sue has over 20 years’ experience working in public and community managed mental health services in Victoria. She has worked in case management and occupational therapist roles with adults of all ages. She also has extensive experience in workforce development, training and education, including teaching roles at university, student supervision projects, and in-house learning and development for community-based organisations.
Prior to her role at LivSmart, Sue worked as Senior Training Consultant for VICSERV (now Mental Health Victoria), the peak body for community mental health in Victoria. Her special interest was the design and development of nationally-accredited training packages, and the development of training materials that reflected the contemporary needs of mental health workplaces.
Sue also works as a Managing Consultant at HMA, recently undertaking projects for the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, and Gippsland PHN.
